SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship our boxes to all 50 states in the USA (we see you, Hawaii and Alaska!). Each bimonthly membership box typically goes out the first week of the delivery month, unless otherwise notified.
All other orders are processed within 5 business days to allow us time to craft and package your goods. We ship from Oak View, CA, and you will receive a notification via email once your package has been shipped. Packages typically arrive to your door within 3 - 4 business days.
Local Pickup is an option, Enter CODE LOCALGIFT at checkout to eliminate the shipping charge. Subject to approval of Local Bath Box.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if any of the products are damaged during transit, please let us know immediately, by emailing a photo to info@localbathbox.com. We will be in touch within 2 business days to either issue a refund for that month, or to send you a new, fresh product box.
